My experience with Daniel Luciano was amazing. He demonstrated great industry knowledge, and was very professional. I enjoyed dealing with him and i couldnt ask for more.

Ralph and Dan helped us found a home in 3 weeks after we have been searching for months in a competitive market. They are very dedicated (i.e. they did video tours of the house for us when we weren't able to make some private viewings) and responsive to any questions you may have and they guide you through the whole process. They have construction/building background and have expertise in evaluating the quality of the homes, making sure there is no major structural issues, and also providing suggestions on potential improvements (as well as estimated cost). I was very impressed with that as other realtors that I have dealt with often do not have this kind of knowledge. They also know the value of the homes and the nearby comparables well and provide advices on the offer prices (in some case, they will hold us back from bidding too much at the beginning). Their assistant, Carly, is also very efficient in dealing with the documentations and the work is always done ahead of time. You are dealing with a good team when working with Ralph. On offer nights, Ralph and Dan knows how to build rapport with the seller agents and that makes it easy for us especially in gauging where we are in our offer and what we actually need to be competitive. Overall, it's a good experience with Ralph and his team.

Ralph and Colin we're fantastic! From start to finish, they're expertise and attention to details we're greatly appreciated. They arranged everything from staging, to a disposable bin, cleaners, and even a painter/handy man. This took the load off of me and my family. They we're motivated and efficient throughout the entire selling process. Great job guys! And thank-you to the entire team!
