Franco was excellent. His presentation brochure of our house was top quality. He knew the comparable sales and educated himself on the schools in the area as well as amenities. Always on time and made sure Covid procedures were adhered to.

Tony was amazing in the sale of our townhouse in Langley. He is by far the best realtor we have worked with. He and his team are highly efficient, organized, and knowledgeable of the local market and real estate in general. We worked with another realtor for 3 months and did not get a single offer on our property. When Tony took over, we had an offer within 2 days of listing and a back up offer within another 2 days. Subjects were removed on the sale within 2 weeks of listing. I will highly recommend Tony to anyone who is looking for a realtor. We are also now using him to purchase a new house and he continues to impress us every step of the way!

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he has a way of keep you calm through the process. We new we could totally put our confidence in him in these uncertain times (yes we were buying during the pandemic!) and he just exceeded our expectations. Lynn was so wonderful to work with. She was professional, kind, respectful and always responded to our questions in a timely manner. Her help with the process of selling and negotiations took much of the stress of selling away. Lynn was always on time and made sure we were looked after.
