Franco responded the minute I clicked the link to the listing I was interested in looking at. From the very beginning, Franco provided exemplary service throughout the entire process. Neither Franco nor I had experience with purchasing a property virtually. He made arrangements to meet a trusted friend of mine and take her through 4 suites I was interested in viewing via FaceTime video. The entire process went smoothly. By the day’s end, I chose my suite, made an accepted offer under Franco’s guidance, which closed to my satisfaction two weeks later. Franco arranged an inspection, reviewed the strata minutes with me, and took care of all the requirements for a remote purchase. I couldn’t be happier with Franco and his team’s performance. The entire process went through without a hitch. I must say that Franco is on the top of my list for the best realtor I have ever worked with. And I can say this with conviction as I have worked with well over one dozen realtors in my lifetime. I highly recommend Franco and his team for any type of residential real estate services.
