Philip and his team are absolutely amazing and really caring and understanding. Philip really knows his market and that’s so important to get a quick sale as we all know how stressful selling a house can be. Interruptions in our daily living routines can become overwhelming but not with Philip and his team you always have their support and positive feedback. Recommend them whenever someone asks. Wouldn’t deal with anyone else in the future.

I met Philip Hollet four years ago when I decided to move from my rural home to an urban area. After Philip successfully sold my house, we went in search for a smaller home/yard in the town of Dundas. Before looking at homes, Philip and I discussed what I was looking for and wanted to avoid in my new home. He took me to many homes and offered his expertise and knowledge to help with my decision making. On Saturday, Philip encouraged me to look at a particular home that just didn't appeal to me until we stepped inside. As it turned out, I bought that house (in a bidding war) within four days.
