<p>We sold townhouse in Milton (2018) with Philip and his team. Everything was done on high level. Photos, staging. They helped us with every offer to understand all of the clauses, usually only lawyer is capable of doing it. Important moments were done in person and with great amount of time to make sure we understand what is in the offer. And very convenient documents signing over internet as well. Modern, sufficient and personal!</p>
