If we could leave more than 5 stars we would!! Peter & Maria were absolutely exceptional during our search to buy our first home. Not only were we house hunting in an extremely competitive market, but we were trying to secure a home before giving birth to our first child only days later! Peter & Maria not only understood that time was of the essence for us personally, but also helped us navigate/take advantage of a crazy market before the homes we were looking at ended up out of our price range. They bent over backwards and scheduled us to see as many homes in 10 days as possible. After losing out on a few homes (because they sold before we even pulled in the driveway) Peter never let us get discouraged- he searched high and low for us and eventually showed us a house we didn't even ask to see. This home turned out to be the perfect home. Not only did Peter act quickly and build a great rapport with the listing agent, he ran numbers and pulled comparables to ensure we didn't pay a penny over what we were comfortable with (which seemed impossible in this market). We offered in competition and ended up coming out on top, all before baby arrived! Words can't describe how happy we are with the result and how incredibly lucky we feel to have had Peter & Maria in our corner. Whether it's your first home, second home, investment property, or last home- you will not find better people to help you do that. Peter and Maria made us feel like family throughout the entire process and we are so grateful for their extra care, expertise and superb results.

Peter exceeded all our expectations as an agent and partner in finding and securing our 'unicorn' property. We knew finding what we were looking for, with our relatively limited budget for the area, in a wild pandemic market was not going to be an easy task. Peter was incredibly responsive, candid, encouraging and patient throughout the whole process. If I could give Peter and Maria more than 5 stars I would. I was a first time home buyer and both Peter and Maria made my buying process simple and with ease. Peter is very knowledge at what he does I would use him again and again. He knows the area that you are interested and if he thinks a place is not good for him he knows it is not good for you either. Give both Maria and Peter a call you will be pleased!!!!
