I had a great experience with Maria Caputo as she found me a great unit with all the amenities that i was looking for.there were multiples offers but her hard work and dedication sealed the deal. I would definitely recommend her.

Maria is an amazing person, she’s professional and dedicated to her work. She’s always responsive to any kind of queries I have had during the whole process. Not only that, Maria has a very positive vibe, when you’re dealing with her. She’ll be the first person for me to call if I’ll ever need to find our new home.

We did not engage Peter because he had experience in the area - he certainly demonstrated knowledge by investigating it during the sale process. He was always professional in our interactions; the people he engaged to prepare the home for sale did an excellent job. He gave us a timeline and delivered. The preparation and presentation of the house definitely contributed to an excellent sale price and experience. Our house sold a price above our expectations the day after it was listed. We could not have asked for more from Peter and his colleagues.

Peter understood that as first time home sellers the process of selling could be intimidating for us but with regular updates and market-based advice, he made us feel safe and secure. The Agents in this Firm really mean business. The perseverance and dedication to their clients is amazing. My experience with Maria Caputo was both heart warming and auspicious. Being a new immigrant and fresh graduate out of school, acquiring a lease was challenging. I even gave up at some point but Maria’s tenacity was able to get me a beautiful condo to live in. I have since then recommended her to my friends and family :)

Very approachable , great response time to messages and calls and very patient with our endless questions , even includes a truck rental!
