Patrick's Youtube videos were so helpful for me to help prepare me for what to expect and look out for when I was buying my very first condo! He was very patient in answering all my questions and was always available to show me properties or provide sales history information for any place I asked about. He made sure that every detail was looked after from start to finish. I have already recommended him to a co-worked!
