As soon as we let Patrick know we wanted him as our realtor, he graciously accepted and got to work immediately. He sat us down and conducted an interview highlighting which features of our current home we wanted to highlight as part of his listing. He also made a video for online house shoppers that showcased the home and posted it as part of the listing. It was very professionally done. He’s also a great photographer and took wonderful photos of the house and property as well. He kept us updated regularly about showings; brought several potential buyers through our house, and gave us regular updates regarding offers coming our way. Patrick is a very professional, positive, very hard working realtor who studies his craft well and does an exceptional job! We’d recommend him above all other agents we’ve known in the past. He’s rated number 1 as far as we’re concerned!
