We had the pleasure of working with Paige Cyr recently for both selling our old home and finding a new one for our young family that we absolutely love! She also synchronously assisted my remote parents in purchasing their new home here, demonstrating exceptional skill in communicating with all of us throughout the entire process. Paige is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Her deep understanding of the market and sharp negotiation skills ensured we got two homes that were so fitting. She was our voice and mediator, effectively dealing with any issues that arose with a positive and proactive attitude. Her intelligence and go-getter spirit were evident from the start. She was always punctual and dedicated, making us feel like we were her top priority. Ah Honest Review When it came time to list, the market was in a very tough spot, especially selling a townhouse in a development with 6 others listed. The choice was obvious, that’s why Paige Cyr from The Agency was chosen, for best results, work with the best. Paige was amazing from the initial walk through to communication and getting the listing live. She helped with every aspect including best staging ideas, pricing competitively and respectful to the market as well as marketing exposure. We went through multiple viewings, of which, only Paige and her team had a 100% success rate of clients showing up. Which was another reason we knew we chose the right realtor. Open houses were highly attended and that allowed the house to get more attention compared to the others. Her team was very active in showing the unit as well. Paige was incredible with her support upon receiving an offer and was nothing but exceptional through the closing and follow up support. Paige and her team are truly a cut above the rest and will forever be my real estate team of choice. If you are buying or selling, there is only one choice!

Paige was excellent to do with. When I had questions she was easy to work with. Her assessment of my property was pretty bang on and I got the anticipated value. I also appreciated how candid she was when we had to have the tougher discussions. Great realtor and has a good platform as well.

There should be a “Superstar” rating above the maximum 5 star rating because this is where Paige would fit in. Her level of professionalism in the sale of our home was outstanding. When we met to discuss selling our home she did a realistic tour, listened to our thoughts and discussed with us different options for selling our home and together with us we selected the best option. Paige’s recommendations, knowledge, honesty, and dedication got our home on the market a lot sooner than we anticipated and it sold for the price we wanted the day after it was listed. Paige saved us a lot of time and money and I have already recommended her to others including family members in both Fort McMurray and Edmonton areas and I will continue to do so. In our experience with Paige we found her to be very personable and caring. She always was available and communicated to us updates and other info as she received them.
