I can’t say enough good things about Paige. From the very beginning, it was clear why she has the reputation of being the #1 realtor in town—she truly lives up to the hype. She helped me sell my house faster than I ever imagined, with multiple offers coming in just two days after listing at higher than asking price. Beyond the quick sale, what really stood out was her professionalism, experience, and calm, confident, and fun/friendly demeanor. Whenever any hiccups or challenges arose, she handled everything smoothly and always kept me reassured and informed. Her knowledge of the market and strategic approach (where she also listened and valued my input) made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Paige went above and beyond for us! We came into town for a weekend on a time crunch looking for a house to call home. She spent the whole weekend with us looking at way too many houses! We did find the perfect home at the end of the weekend! We are so grateful for her time and effort in finding us the perfect home! This was the second time that we used Paige’s services. Initially she helped me buy in Fort Mac. A few years later she helped my wife and I to sell our home in Fort Mac when I transferred south with work. Paige is friendly and good to work with. She was realistic with us about what we might get for our home and helped us to set a good price for it. When the buyer came back with a heavy list of demands after the inspection Paige represented us well and got them down to a more reasonable ask. She understands the Fort McMurray area and market. She will help you find what you’re looking for.
