<p>We bought our first home with Nichola and she helped make the process very comfortable. We didn't know much about the whole process and Nichola was great and explaining everything to us in advance and helping us through each step of the way.</p> <p>I really appreciated that she spent a lot of time at the beginning getting to know us and learning about what we were looking for in a home. I think that saved us a lot of time and helped us find a home that we're very happy with.</p> <p>Another thing we really liked about Nichola, was her ability to be flexible and accommodating of our needs. We both work busy jobs with long hours and she was awesome at communication (by phone, email, texts, whatever worked for us in the moment) and made it easy to get out to see homes on our crazy schedule.</p> <p>She was also super perceptive of what we liked and didn't like as we looked through homes and this really helped us come decision-making time when we relied on her insights to help us make the right choice.</p> <p>And I have to say, I'm always a bit skeptical about sales people and was worried about this with house shopping. But our experience with Nichola was completely free of pressure throughout the whole process.</p> <p>Not to sound clichéd, but i will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.</p>

We feel that she gave us really great advice, helped manage our expectations in regards to price and time frame for selling our current home. She operates her business honestly and with integrity which is very important to us and was sensitive when we were feeling stressed. <p>Nichola is a rock star of her industry. From her app to keep me up to date with my sale process to the marketing of my house, everything was awesome! She was a pleasure to do business with and made a process headache free. She took the time to explain the process of the sale and any question I had she answered no matter the time of day. She is driven to please her clients and is a step above anyone else I have had to deal with. Most importantly she was honest and straightforward. Everything she said she would do she did and she went the extra mile in every aspect of my sale. I wish more professionals in the industry would strive to give the customer experience as well as she did. I will be recommending Nichola to everyone and anyone looking for a fantastic home buying or selling experience.</p>

<p>I would like to start by saying that Nichola is fabulous!</p> <p>Let’s be honest, Johnathan and I were a hard sell. I cared about the home, he cared about the land. He would make Nichola show up places one hour away from the city and complain it’s too far. I would nitpick balance and symmetry in the most beautiful homes, and John would be outside in the bushes somewhere lost. We were NEVER on time and cancelled last minute, and requested last minute showings, we know what a headache that is.</p> <p>The amazing part… Is Nichola kept a positive, fun, happy attitude the entire time.</p> <p>It was always Nichola’s pleasure to help, and she did her very best to accommodate both our tastes, wants, and needs. She was professional, educated, and prompt. I didn’t see her as a Realtor at all, more like a trusted friend that had our backs the whole way through.</p> <p>The true testament to Nichola’s experience is when she knew the home we were getting before we had decided. I remember Nichola told me it’s like a wedding dress… that we will just “know”… Well she sure did! And Nichola was a huge part in the pieces of having all my dreams come true. She fought for us during negotiations and I felt that she truly cared for us. I truly can’t express our gratitude.</p> <p>Then to top it off, Nichola got us a beautiful and delicious goody basket, and another gift that was way over above and beyond. I can’t express my appreciation enough.</p> <p>Nichola is an amazing Realtor and person. I would and will recommend her to everyone.
