Nichola was amazing to work with on the sale of our home! She truly went above and beyond any expectations that we had through the entire process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. She provided a thorough market analysis for houses listed that were similar to ours and gave us a very educated recommendation on what to list our house at. Once we agreed upon that, she set us up with a very helpful list of tasks to get the house ready for photos and showings, which we think really helped with the sale of the home - Nichola also set up professional photos and house measurements to ensure the listing was properly displayed for buyers. Once we had an offer, Nichola worked closely with us with to explain the steps for negotiating sale price, the steps for condition removal, and offered educated recommendations for how we should proceed with all the choices we faced. She also worked closely with our buyer's agent to ensure both parties were on the same page through the entire sale . All of the steps she took really impressed us and we couldn't be happier with how things went!

Nichola was so great to work with on the purchase of our new home - she immediately recognized how in-love with the house we were and that it was a popular property as well, so she worked quickly with us to get an offer in. Nichola made sure we understood all of the signing documents and answered all of our questions which made us feel so comfortable - she also made sure to explain things with regards to our offer and guided us through the counter-offer process by providing helpful input and recommendations based on her experience. She was with us through the whole process (only a phone call or WhatsApp message away if not in person), and it really made the whole experience so stress-free.

Nichola was both informative and patient through the process of listing my parents' home. They had never been through a sale before and I was assisting from B.C. Nichola was able to keep us all involved in the process from start to finish by utilizing zoom meetings and group calls. She went through everything slowly and made sure that my we all understood the contracts. She was given the listing during Covid-19 which added another obstacle she had to work around. During a very stressful time, my Parents immediately felt comfortable with Nichola and we would highly recommend her.
