After many years of marriage my husband and I split up. I needed to move out of my family home and find a nice bungalow where I could age in place. This was a very emotional time for me. But Nicola held my hand the entire time. She made me feel safe in my decisions and we took our time. I never felt rushed. I found a adorable adult community (45+) bungalow, condo. I have been here for almost a year and am very happy. Nicola made shopping a fun activity and always brought me coffee. The condo had a old satellite dish on it and it was against condo bylaws, this made me very nervous but right after I took possession Nicola and her husband came over with a ladder and tools, and while we drank coffee, Michael took the satellite down. Now I am within the bylaws! I feel so at peace here. Thank you.

Purchased a my first rental in Beaumont, Alberta. She was fun to shop with but also educated me on the process of buying a rental and how to be a good landlord. Will be using her for all investments going forward.

We live in the USA and had a rental In west Edmonton, AB. Nichola Elise helped us purchase the unit years ago and it was time to sell as our daughter moved back home. The condo market was not great but we did a few updates to the unit that Nichola facilitated and even met with the crew to do the work when needed. We sold the unit to a lovely buyer and we were very happy with the price, negotiations (she was firm to the buyer but very kind and professional to us), and she was able to recommend a Alberta lawyer to help with the CRA, was VERY knowledgeable about what being a United States investor meant for us while selling. Nichola you were lovely. WOULD USE AGAIN!

Would have given a 5/5! But felt a perfect score is never taken to heart. Nichola and her team were 10/10, no issues. We have used her a few times in the past and will continue to do so. We sold our condo ($500k plus property) in downtown Edmonton and purchased in the Ritchie area. These communities are very competitive but we always felt like we had the upper hand. Nichola found us a house that was not even listed yet!! we viewed it before it went online and that's how she won us our dream home!

Bought and sold with Nichola in Schoncee and Mcconachie area. Very professional. Fun to look at houses with, while teaching us about new construction. Would use again.

Third time using Nichola, she is amazing! She sold my Schonsee Apartment when the condo market was so slow . We sold for exactly what she said the market could handle and she showed me proof of market data the entire transaction. Very Impressed...once again.
