Nichola was amazing at analyzing our needs for a home, even when we didn't know what we needed, she was able to ask the right questions to find out what we wanted. Her knowledge of real estate is truly impressive and once we found a home Nichola was able to guide us step by step through everything we needed to do, we got updates on timelines, emails, easy-to-understand document signing and uploading and if we ever had a question Nichola was right there to give us a detailed answer. Not only is she an amazing realtor but she knows all the other amazing people that you might need for things like home inspections or contractors and can put you in contact with them. Throughout this process we never felt on our own, Nichola was always a quick text message away. If I ever have to sell or buy a home again there is no other realtor that I would call, Nichola is simply the best, a true one-stop shop for all your home needs.
