My husband and I could not have bought our new dream home without Nancy Allen! We could not have sold our present home in such a timely manner or for such a great price without Nancy Allen! We could not have stayed sane throughout the past year without Nancy Allen! Her expertise in the field of real estate and her timely advice have been crucial in the buying and selling process. Her past and continued support, guidance, patience, professionalism and efficiency have made the purchase and selling as easy as it can be from our end and we couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out. From start to finish Nancy did whatever was required to help us find a home and sell ours. She took additional steps to help sell our home including providing a stager and a professional photographer and someone to take a professional video of our home. Our listing (video and all) was amazing and the introduction was so inviting. She made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as she could while coordinating showing schedules, quickly responding to our text messages, emails and phone calls. With our best interests at heart, Nancy gave us valid and sincere comments as to why a home would be a good buy or not. All in all, we were in great hands and we are extremely grateful.
