<p>My boyfriend and I recently bought a new house, me, it being my 1st house purchase, Nancy Allen was able to explain and make the process go smoothly even after the purchase of our new home, because then you realize you have two houses, but Nancy’s knowledge and year’s of experience reassured us that the house would sell and that we wouldn’t be stuck with two mortgages, it’s still in the back of one’s mind, but with that being said, shortly after we got an offer, he accepted and the rest of the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend her as she is punctual, resourceful, her phone or emails are always answered in a respectful time frame even if it’s the tenth one and most importantly she is working with you and for you so her interest is to find you the home that you want and sell the house to get you in your new home as worry free as possible. We couldn’t be happier to be starting a new chapter of our lives in a house we love thanks to the help that Nancy has provided us from day one.</p>

Nancy was incredible in helping us navigate the home buying process in Ottawa. As newcomers to Canada we had no idea where to even start and Nancy helped us narrow down areas and houses that we might want to live in. She is professional, courteous, helpful and I can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. I (and our 3 year old daughter!) consider her not only a friend but a member.of our new Canadian family!

Nancy is hardworking and easygoing. We had a specific set of requirements when we set out to purchase our home over one year ago. Her help in sending us posting via email was a tremendous help.
