After several months of hardship and misunderstanding, with previous agent, to sell our home, we were able to do so, and now in the process of moving into a new home. Naj was prompt in meeting me and starting the whole rental process with ease. Finding a decent place to rent is always a difficult task. It becomes even more tough when you are in a new country/city with limited knowledge of the local market. Same happened to us when we moved to Ottawa. Renting a house was more difficult than we initially thought and after spending more than one month, we couldn’t find the right place in Ottawa.
