Milan just sold our house for us. This was our third time using his superior realtor skills (one purchase, two sales). And every single time he has gone over, above and beyond for us. He’s easy to work with - profesional, responsive and an all around awesome guy. Makes the stress of buying or selling a little more fun. This last transaction was a very tough sell (older, weird zoning) but he never gave up, and even managed to get us over asking. I highly recommend MIlan for any of your real estate needs.

Milan Starcic is an unusual agent, in my estimation--utterly genuine, kind, supremely competent, and willing to go more than the extra mile for his clients. He is the best we have encountered. We spent a whole day with him looking at some beautiful properties in the South Okanagan, having driven up from Vancouver. He went out of his way to search out details to help us make our decision. We enjoyed the day with him thoroughly. I recommend him unreservedly.

He has stuck with me through everything - and believe me, it was NOT easy! And Milan has been so supportive and helpful with every single step of the process no matter what came our way. I just cannot recommend Milan enough!!! As a realtor, he definitely goes above and beyond to make the purchase happen. He is ALWAYS supportive, encouraging, positive, non-judgemental, respectful, professional, personable, extremely helpful in every process, and an absolute joy to work with.
