We wanted to be able to share our experience with a "special" person we met. As walk - in's off the street we met Milan Starcic. We were interested in purchasing a house in Oliver B. C. We also needed it to be tenanted as we were not planning on moving there until the Fall of 2017. Milan was a GEM. He was extremely accommodating to our time lines, needs and hours. Whether we needed to meet up in the office at 7 a.m. to sign papers or 8 p.m for follow up he made himself available with a smile and the patience of a Saint. He was very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the real estate market. We found he also came up with ideas and questions that we hadn't even thought of which is so nice to be able to have someone so trustworthy on the other side. In the following months, Milan was always there for us across 1000's of miles. We are now residents in Oliver and have gratefully remained in touch with him and still to this day use his knowledge about the area. we would definitely use his services again and also highly recommend him !!!

Milan Starcic was very outstanding with selling our cabin at Mt. Baldy. He told us what the price range would be because we did not have a clue. And he sold it for top dollar. He was outstanding. He came back and forth to our house for we could not get down to his office. Mary Ime from Remax suggested him to us and she even called a few times to ask us if he was doing a good job or not.

Great experience. We had been looking and working with Milan for about a year. We owned a property in Prince George however we had not listed it yet. Due to the hot market in Oliver "subject to sale of our property" was not well received and we would loose out with the 72 hour clause. Milan suggested we sell up north and come to Oliver and then make offers with fewer subjects. Worked well and we are loving our new home.
