Milan was very professional. He was always prompt for his appointments and prepared with any documents we needed to see. I enjoyed the way he showed us the various properties. He would basically open the door, let us browse, ask questions, and we felt free to look where we wanted. He did not try to push anything on us or try to change our minds.
