I literally don't know where to begin. Michelle did everything! With minimal information, (all I said was I wanted an outdoor space) Michelle found a condo MADE for me, including decor and finishes. She valued it perfectly and negotiated masterfully and even referred us to a lawyer. She has provided us with neighbourhood information and overall it was an amazing experience. Michelle represented our family in the recent purchase of a condo in Winnipeg. We were out of town buyers and had to communicate primarily via email and phone which can be a complicated. In spite of the many challenges related with a "long distance" transaction Michelle was patient and took the time necessary to show us a sufficient number of properties to meet our needs and represent us in our absence.
