Michelle went above and beyond (in our opinions) what a real estate agent should do. Being first time home buyers we knew nothing about the process of looking for, putting in offers, and buying a home. She was always there to answer all our questions and put us into contact with people who would help us on our path to home ownership. We worked with Michelle for over a year and a half. Initially, we worked with Michelle to find a property to rent. With both of us being from out of province and not knowing Winnipeg, Michelle was a reliable force who found us the perfect rental (a property she had just sold). When time came to start looking for houses she was professional, courteous, and was able to work around our crazy work schedules. She always gave sound advice about every home we looked at and when the time came to write offers she walked us through everything step-by-step. She was able to put us into contact with reputable home inspectors and craftspeople to fix any potential problems. Ultimately Michelle helped us find our house-that we love! She made sure we were settled and even helped us coordinate moving! She checked-in and was very helpful. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. If and when the time comes to sell our great house, we will definitely trust Michelle with it. We would recommend her to all buyers and sellers!

<p>Being first time homeowners, we weren't entirely sure what we were looking for in terms of bungalow; bi-level; etc., and Michelle definitely helped us through this process, and assisted us in finding a home that is best suited for our lifestyle. The summer market was certainly defeating for us given the quick sales and volume of buyers at our price range, but Michelle continued to update us on new listings and always entertained our last minute showing requests, despite multiple viewings not resulting in offers or sales. Through 30 plus private home showings and 9 offers, we did eventually find our home and we couldn't be happier. Despite the market working against us, Michelle ensured we stayed within our budget and found us a home that we love in our preferred neighborhood. Through the bank process, lawyer process and insurance process, Michelle always kept in touch, making sure that we understood the processes and felt comfortable - she really did make this process quite easy.<br /> I would definitely recommend Michelle to my friends and family. She was extremely easy to get along with, accessible, professional, and a genuinely good person.</p>

Michelle helped my family and I find our home in Winnipeg. Moving in from Thunder Bay, we needed the flexibility to accommodate our short-time visits to town for house showings. We also needed someone comfortable and up-to-date with today's virtual meeting solutions. Michelle met all of our needs and went beyond our expectations. She was able to narrow down our neighbourhood wants and house needs making our house showings efficient. Exceptional service, outstanding Agent! Michelle is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. She will treat the purchase or sale of your home as if it were her own. She goes above and beyond and will not be satisfied until she knows you are. Within a couple hours of mentioning the listing to Michelle she was out at the beach showing us the property over FaceTime and we were successful in purchasing the property the next day.
