<p>I was looking for my retirement home in Kelowna area while living in Ontario. Mike did walk throughs of properties while FaceTiming with me. I was able to ask questions as he went and get a feel for the space The entire purchase was done electronically which Mike explained before hand so all went smoothly. He helped set up lawyers and insurance companies which was great. It was like buying a property locally.</p>

Mike was really helpful through the whole process of buying our first home. He was very professional and always quick to answer if we had a question. Moving from Vancouver to Kelowna was an exciting step for us, and Mike was instrumental in helping us with the transition. It took some work to figure out the neighbourhoods and areas of the city, so we were very thankful for his local knowledge and honesty. Aside from being excellent at showing us homes and providing insight, Mike also made the extra effort to track down properties that weren't yet listed. The house we ended up purchasing hadn't even had the photos taken by the time we had an offer on it. In a competitive market, Mike gave us the edge we needed to get the house we love!
