Throughout the process of finding a new home, Mike always seemed to make the extra effort to make everything as simple and smooth as possible. He explained all of the points I was interested in for finding a new home, from location and needs for the property to trends in the neighbourhoods and local services. I never felt rushed into any part of the process, even with the busy market in the area there was no "high pressure" to sign paperwork that I have experienced in the past. The whole negotiation period felt very professional and that he was truly looking out for my interests. I was kept very up to date with everything as soon as the information was available. The moving trailer that he has access to provide was a nice bonus as well. I would absolutely recommend Mike Kirk to anyone looking to buy in the Kelowna area.
