Overall the process took a long time but it was a good pace. not overwhelming with all the additional things to do when buying a property. Delia was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. she addressed any concerns in a timely manner and provided guidance based on experience.

I don’t normally give high reviews for realtors lol but I have to admit Matteo and Delia were excellent to deal with. Any little problem or issue that needed to be resolved they handled it for me and all I had to do was either take care of the transaction or payment.

The real estate agents were very informative the whole time during the process and gave us updates quite regularly. The agents were also very knowledgeable about the area and type of property being sold. I would recommend them to my friends and family down the road if needed.
