Overall the process took a long time but it was a good pace. not overwhelming with all the additional things to do when buying a property. Delia was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. she addressed any concerns in a timely manner and provided guidance based on experience.

We loved our experience, Delia was very flexible and a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of homes and what to look for was invaluable. We are so excited for our first time home, and definitely recommend Delia and her colleagues for those looking to purchase property.

I don’t normally give high reviews for realtors lol but I have to admit Matteo and Delia were excellent to deal with. Any little problem or issue that needed to be resolved they handled it for me and all I had to do was either take care of the transaction or payment.

The real estate agents were very informative the whole time during the process and gave us updates quite regularly. The agents were also very knowledgeable about the area and type of property being sold. I would recommend them to my friends and family down the road if needed.

This was a very difficult property to sell but Matteo and Delia never gave up! Delia especially kept us optimistic and worked endlessly to make the deal happen. She went above and beyond and for that we are so grateful!

From start finish, the tremendous stress of selling our home of 25 years was eased with the experience and step by step advice of our agents. They took a personal hands on attitude from day one, walked us through the process in baby steps (as we needed) and recommended little details that made a huge difference. The suppliers we needed for things like photography were vetted by our agents, and we were not disappointed in their recommendations. So, results are evidence.
