Mark is an amazing guy. He walked me through the process of buying a house. Through him, I got the perfect house with my tight budget and criteria. He was very professional and he ensures everything is well taken care of. He was also very punctual with his updates which made the whole buying experience go smoothly. What I liked about him too is that he was very honest and upfront with regards to the condition of the house that we viewed. Also, he's not one of those realtors who are very pushy and misleading. That's what made me trust him more. He was also able to coordinate and recommend people who you can count on to do the inspections, mortgage, lawyers. I have a very busy schedule and most the time, I just asked Mark to call or email the person in charge to get things moving. He didn't waste anybody's time. He's very knowledgeable too with the market trends and how reasonable the price of the house relative to the other houses available in the market. I highly recommend him to be your realtor You won't get disappointed.
