Thank you Mark. As I usually try and steer clear of people in sales positions I was pleasantly surprised by Mark. He has a very courteous manner, very polite, honest. As we were buying he gave use a broad picture view of the market where we were looking. He is very informed on the entire process of home construction, options and standards during construction, and what is added after. Discusses what is value adding and what is not. Gave us frank conversation on pricing, although he never told us what to offer or counter he instead informed us what the value was and to determine the price we were willing to pay ourselves. I never had an instance that I didn't feel comfortable with the information that he was providing. When he said he was going to do something he did it , and right away. He is just a sincere, honest, well spoken professional. I am very happy to meet him as an acquaintance and as a realtor and will without question use him the next time we require a realtor.
