Manjinder Singh is the real deal. He takes customer service very seriously and I'm glad I put my full trust in him and he provided excellent professional service and got our house sold in 1 day, at a good price at a very difficult time in the market. Highly recommend!!!

We are extremely pleased with Manjinder's service and expertise for the recent sale of our house. From the initial meeting, everything was made clear and great advice was given in relation to all aspects of the sale such as pricing during the pandemic,protocols ,staging and more. Our experience with Manjinder singh was excellent. One day of before making our listing live, price expectation (semi detached, $799,999) was determined along with other things (closing, etc.). Next day, when listing became live, we had another house listed on same street (Detached) with same listed price. It was very challenging for us to get expected price with one Detached house competitor on same street. WE ALMOST LOST HOPE FOR GETTING OUR EXPECTED PRICE. We were advised from Manjinder to keep patience and promised me to make me happy. Eventually, going through stressful week of showings (though we did not get house sold), he managed to get our house SOLD with over asking price. He made us Smiling. His skills was excellent for handling such competitive situation. He also showed best example of negotiation for getting best price from multiple offers. Conclusively, he is truly amazing realtor to deal with for getting 100% satisfaction for real-estate transaction. I will definitely recommend him.

If you need your home sold quickly for a great price call Majinder. Our neighborhood is 5 years old, plenty of homes were put on sale this season but none have sold as quick and for a high price as the ones Manjinder listed have. We sold our house over asking within 1 day when homes that are the same model and listed for same price struggled to sell and are still on the market. It's clear Manjinder knows what he is doing. The secret? He knows now to present the house, stage the house, lists at the right time and peice and provides excellent service. There has never been a time where I couldn't get in touch with him he either picks up when you call or message him or if he is busy he sends you a message and calls as soon as he can. All of the above goes a long way in making sure your house is sold quickly for the price you want.We originally were going to list mid-March just as the pandemic was declared, Manjinder understood the impact of Covid right away and called and told me to wait -as soon as he knew the market is picking up steam he called me and told me when the right time to list is - he was right on the money. The results are clear and most of our neighbors think the same...in fact of the 16 or so homes sold in the last 90 days during a pandemic the ones that have sold for record prices and record days are all listed and sold by Manjinder. Manjinder was referred to me by a close family member. The way that he described him to me was exactly what I received.
