We have known Manjinder for about 4 years. He came a few times to assess the value of my house. When I first met him, I found that he was a very friendly and personable guy. He discuss all the options of selling my house. Every time that we needed to speak to him, he would respond back in a timely matter. Even with the pandemic, the sale of our home did not take too long. With Manjinder’s good negotiating skills, we got a good price for the house.

Majinder Has Performed Good Market Research before the first Meeting after our preliminary discussions over the Phone plus before Evan Listing the Unit the Process he followed & the steps we have taken together based on his advise to add value in the Property was very Professional & worked really well.
