About Mr. Singh, where do I begin? From the past few summers, we noticed every other house in our neighborhood were sold in a few days by the same agent! We Googled him and contacted him. Extremely humble and soft spoken - to our surprise, he made himself available the same day and came well prepared with all his research! Gave us insight of the entire process. We found him extremely genuine - very positive and we developed that trust in him from our very first meeting. We decided to hire him immediately. He is so kind that he especialy dropped by and gave me a hand in moving some of the heavy furniture as my husband wasn't around. We got our first offer on a very first day. He nagotiated with the buyer's agent, worked in our best intrest and guided us throughout this entire process. So far, our house is sold for the highest price on the street! Where do I begin? Well, we are selling our home for the first time. Obviously we were anxious about who we could trust to help us make decisions and get the value we know our house is worth. From the previous summer, we noticed every other house in our street were sold in a matter of days by the same agent! Literally, the street was lit up in red signs...they all had one man in common. Manjinder Singh. So, we decided to grab his phone number and gave him a call. The same day he made himself available to meet us at our home. Not sure how this is possible with such a busy agent, but Manjinder came as prepared as he possibly could! He had done his research and was versed in the neighbourhood and other listing etc. He was determined to list our home a value we never thought would be obtainable. Selling during a pandemic is quite tricky and nerve-wracking to say the least. We were reassured by having Manjinder going above and beyond to ensure everyone was following guidelines. For example; everyone was screened prior to getting a private showing, wore masks and gloves etc. This was important as we have young children in the home. Manjinder worked with our tight schedule; we did not feel coerced at any time. During negotiations, we were able to see him in action; working in OUR best interest. In the end, within 3 days, we had a great offer and accepted it. Also, we were very pleased with his communication skills; he is quite humble and soft spoken. This contributed to a productive relationship. He really does work 24/7; always replied to our texts/calls in a matter of seconds. Throughout this entire process, we never got to his voicemail once! Incredible! Recommended? Of course; have already done this to family and close friends. I trusted him in selling our home and he definitely delivered on this. I mean..the guy is listed in Canada's top 100 agents for a reason! No regrets. We cannot even come up with anything we would change in our experience with Manjinder. Will choose him again in the future. Happy buying/selling ;)

We have known Manjinder for about 4 years. He came a few times to assess the value of my house. When I first met him, I found that he was a very friendly and personable guy. He discuss all the options of selling my house. Every time that we needed to speak to him, he would respond back in a timely matter. Even with the pandemic, the sale of our home did not take too long. With Manjinder’s good negotiating skills, we got a good price for the house.
