The best thing to work with Manjinder is he provided perspective of the industry and recent trends in immaculate details and allowed us to make a call to list with him based on that. He has an excellent knowledge of the L7A area and always prepared to talk about recent listings in the area, the pros/cons that will affect the pricing of a property. In the initial meeting, he clearly outlined how the listing process would work, the responsibilities he takes on as well as the role played by us in the days prior to the listing. Throughout the time the listing was active, he was updating us on all activities and feedback as well as when offers started to come in. The price we got on the property was in-line with the expectations of ours. We highly rate the negotiation skills of Manjinder and how he navigated the offers on the home.
