During a market as hot it is at this time, it was a pleasure to have someone who preaches patience and tells you his honest subjective and objective factual views. This helped us during our year long search for a home, he never allowed us to waver our confidence, and at the end we bought a house that was being sold by him. Manjinder is a true professional. We have known many realtors in the past. Manjinder listened to our scenario patiently and gave us the right advice. In Oct 2020, while all other agents were pushing to sell our house asap, he suggested us to wait for try to sell in Feb 2020 or in spring as our new house wasn't closing till Oct 2021. This resulted in 210k profit for us. He was very calm to deal with negotiations. The cleaning and staging services offered were beyond our expectations. Again some other agents were cutting corners and wanted us to stage with our own furniture. His consistent efforts definitely helped us to list the house on Thursday evening and it was sold on Sunday night. Highly recommended if you are looking for great results.
