I cannot say enough good things about Lynn. From the jump, Lynn was incredible. Kind, passionate, knowledgeable, friendly. What I appreciated most is that Lynn has a sense of humour. Lynn is the type of person you could see yourself having a cheeseboard with and polishing off a bottle of wine (or 2). Lynn made me feel comfortable at all times, was very communicative, and very responsive. I attended multiple viewings with Lynn, and was always impressed by her critical eye and insight. For example, the amount of detail she shared looking at the exterior of the building. Paying attention to details such as the walls, roofing, and overhang. Things I never would’ve considered paying attention to. When inside the apartment, thinking through how the layout might or might not be an effective living space. What considerations might need to be made with furniture or day-to-day living. When considering putting in an offer, Lynn went through everything with me. I truly mean everything. We spent over an hour going through the building's strata docs, general meeting minutes, financials, and depreciation report to understand what I might be buying into. There were some obscure looking charges on the title, and Lynn wasted no time investigating. Turns out they were airport related and nothing to be concerned about. But helpful to know about nonetheless! We had open and honest conversations about the current state of affairs, and what I needed to consider in 5/10/15 years time. When it came time to submit the offer, Lynn knew how to reassure me during the critical points of the journey. For example, it'd be unlikely for me to do a forfeiture of deposit since the deposit won't be paid until the subjects are removed. There was always that safety net of the subjects! Lynn helped co-ordinate with my mortgage broker as well as the inspector, making it all so easy. Lynn met with me and the inspector to go through their report and help address any questions that arose. And when I met Lynn to collect the keys for the property I did purchase, Lynn wanted to do a walkthrough with me to ensure that the condo had been left in a satisfactory condition. Otherwise, Lynn would've followed up with the seller's agent to make it right. Honestly, Lynn was thoughtful from start to finish. At no point did I feel like Lynn was being disingenuous. Lynn made herself available (what felt like) 24/7, with nothing being too big or too small. I am incredibly fortunate to have had Lynn’s support throughout this journey. I felt I was in strong, capable, experienced hands the entire time. If I’m ever fortunate enough to buy and sell again in the future, Lynn will be the first person I call.

Everything is good , especially the knowledge and experience. Only the negotiation is a little under expectations. I would like to recommend my friends.

Lynn helped my partner and I navigate purchasing our first home. She is very knowledgeable about the Tri-Cities and maintained very good communication throughout. When we were discouraged by the lack of listings or when our offer wasn't accepted, Lynn was there to talk us through and keep our spirits up. Lynn also took the time to go through various documents with us and helped us understand the offer process. She was always very quick to respond and overall just very patient while we were looking for our first home. Highly recommend Lynn!
