She generated comparable pricing reports that helped us understand the value proposition for listings that interested us. She also rapidly digested multiple sets of strata documents that are central to condo due diligence from a buyer's perspective. And she is a forceful negotiator; buyers need whatever advantage they can get in this overheated sellers' market.
