Micah McLaren We recently moved from BC to Calgary. Micah assisted us with purchase of our new home in Patterson Heights. We were looking for a townhome in West Calgary. It was a difficult market for buyers with properties selling over list in the requested area, and selling as soon as they came on the market. We first spoke with Micah back in December 2022, he was only realtor out of several that we called for general listing information and kept in touch until we were ready to purchase in May/June. He was very responsive and got us into several properties immediately because properties were moving fast. After trying offers on a few townhomes we put the offer in on the property we purchased a day before Micah was getting married. He assured us it was no problem and that his associates would provide back up if necessary. It was not required and on the Monday after the wedding he was back in contact. The sale has been smooth and with his general recommendations for contacts on house inspections, condominium doc review, and lawyers to contact, it allowed us a seamless simple process to complete everything efficiently. Micah is competent, responsive and efficient with great communication skills. He went above and beyond and his services were very appreciated.
