Lisa did an outstanding job. When Lisa was preparing the listing she took her time and completed a market comparison before coming back with a listing price. Her assistant and photographer knew her expectations and the listing was completed in a timely manner. She did a great job with open houses and when the offer did come she was very helpful with negotiating the final closing date etc.
