Lisa is very knowledgeable of the market in the city of Fort McMurray, based on her many years of experience. We had a meeting with her even before the house was listed, explaining the market condition at the time. She advised us on the price to expect but she left us to decide for ourselves, never putting any pressure on us. She pays attention to details. Our house was sold within 4 months of listing on the second offer. Even our lawyer was commending her for knowing exactly what to do to ease the transaction.
