I was very happy with Lino and his wife (Italia). They made me feel very comfortable and wanted us to the get the best price possible for the sale of our home. They also had a stager come in and rearrange some stuff and bring in pieces that best suited the house. After the great job they did in selling my house (only 5 days)!! Finally we came to an agreement on a home and she was there to get the best possible price again. Thank you so much!

Recently my husband and I had a change come up in our lives and we had to sell our beautiful house. After signing the papers, our home was on the market for 48 hours and was SOLD for 99% of the asking price! We are very impressed, after having our previous house (with another agent) on the market for a period of three months before selling it way below the price we wanted. The people on this team did an excellent job of cleaning the house spotless. They did a fantastic job of staging the house with the appropriate furniture to make it look immaculate. Lino, Italia and the team did an amazing job selling our Thornhill home in less than 2 weeks! They also staged, photographed and had a videographer showcase the property beautifully which no other realtor offered to do.
