<p>Our experience with Lily went beyond our expectations - we were out of the country and she was able to negotiate on our behalf and relay the information accurately. The pictures on internet showed our property to their best advantage.</p>

<p>I had known both Lily, and her real estate partner, for several years prior to my having engaged her services to list my home. Lily is extremely professional. Her ability to communicate significant amounts of information was consistently delivered in a succinct, relative and concise manner. Lily did extend herself above and beyond expectations. She brought in two Offers on my home, one of which was a "full price offer". Needless to say, everything proceeded extremely well from beginning to end. In fact, all matters were fully concluded two hours before the actual turnover time on the possession date. Without hesitation I recommend this fine, professional woman and her partner.</p>

Not only did she bring the buyer to my property, she showed them my property after working tirelessly with them to find them what they thought they wanted. They were the perfect buyers for my place, I was really pleased at how they loved the vintage and style of my place. I didn't know that would mean so much to me. All the while she was also showing me places that I thought I wanted to see, they weren't the right fit, she knew it but let me go through my own process. She was so patient with me. Since then, about nine years ago, because we were pleased with her performance, we and our family has used her for about half a dozen realty sales and purchases.
