Lily is very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the market and a very strong negotiator. In today’s market a strong negotiator is everything to ensure you get top dollar for your investment. You know you have a winning negotiator when you list your place on a Friday and it sells on Sunday.</p> <p>In Ten to 15 years from now when in my retirement years, I would turn to Lily and Wilson again if I decide to sell again. Having purchased many properties since the 70s, I have gained much experience in the field of real estate and have met many real estate agents in the process. I have had some good experiences and not so good experiences as many agents we're all about the commission, but I have to say Lily Chow was by far the most professional, honest and helpful agent to check off all of the boxes I was searching for in regards to my transaction. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a very good Real Estate agent to help with their selling or purchasing of a property.
