<p>It is a pleasure to be asked to comment on Lily Chow's demonstration of her skills and values as a real estate professional. My first encounters with Lily were based on her knowledge of the area I was interested it. She showed not only factual knowledge of the area but linked all the facts to values and lifestyle.<br /> The process of searching, decision making, negotiating and closing the deal is complex and confronting for a new player like myself. At times is was discouraging, Without Lily's skills in handling situations- and her commitment to listening to my concerns and answering them with clarity and understanding. Everyone should have a guide and confidant like Lily Chow.<br /> I would recommend her to anyone who wants a working relationship based on strength, knowledge and sensitivity .</p>

<p>Lily Chow is an exceptional realtor in many ways. She listens to the needs of the client and takes their needs and wants into consideration when listing and showing properties. Lily is knowledgeable and advises the clients wisely on the process involved in buying and selling and the decisions that need to be made. Lily spends the time required with the clients to ensure their satisfaction. I would not hesitate to refer Lily and if I should require a move in the future, I will surely contact her.</p>

<p><br />Lily was incredibly patient with our search for a perfect home for our needs. We saw many homes! She was always easy to contact and was very flexible with our schedule. We were always able to see homes within 24 hours from the time we contacted her and often times, we contacted her the night before a morning showing. Lily was knowledgable, trustworthy, and we strongly felt that she was working hard for us during negotiations. She did her homework and was aware of the prices of homes that sold in the area and their comparable features. Without hesitation, I would recommend Lily and Wilson.</p>
