At the end of 2021, she helped me find the apartment I currently live in, solving my urgent need for accommodation when I was studying abroad. Although I am not familiar with the local rental market in Toronto, with Lily's help, I have no need to worry about this aspect. When I contacted Lily with plans to rent, she promptly provided about 20 suitable listings for us to choose from, meeting our criteria such as proximity to our friends living around Finch, larger living space, and convenient location. Secondly, Lily is extremely friendly, making me feel like we're close friends with no sense of distance. When I first arrived in Canada and felt lost, she took me to Costco to buy all household items I needed! Thirdly, Lily is very dedicated. Whenever I considered moving, Lily could offer many listings each time for me to consider, and she would always drive to pick me up for property viewings. Also, when you get in touch with her, you'll find that she's always available, even late at night, and responds to your messages promptly. Finally, Lily has excellent insights into the market. She can always provide me with valuable information regarding renting, such as avoiding peak rental seasons and selecting the most cost-effective option from various resources. In conclusion, having such a professional real estate agent has indeed solved many of my problems as an international student abroad, making my life much easier.
