We are very pleased to have enlisted Lily's help for the purchase of our first detached home. We were expecting our first child and moving to the west end from Toronto at the height of the pandemic. We found Lily to be very responsive and accommodating of our demanding schedules, particular preferences, and changing needs and wants. In total, we saw well over 30 homes. Lily always came prepared with her research on each home that we viewed, which helped inform our ultimate decision in an uncertain housing market. We are very lucky and thankful we went with her for the largest purchase of our lives so far. She completely exceeded our expectations.

In June 2022, I was still looking for an apartment to rent for August. Since I wanted to live downtown, the rental market was very competitive. After understanding my rental needs, Lily provided me with some property recommendations. From the beginning, Lily anticipated the potential competition in the rental market. As a recent graduate with a low income, other brokers' biggest concern was my affordability. However, given the current situation, Lily recommended that I prepare a cover letter and relevant proof of income statements. Before moving into 1001 Bay, she secured an interview opportunity for me. After a brief communication with the landlord's realtor, I ultimately received the offer.

Lily was awesome to work with when I was hunting for a condo to rent. She’s super professional, knows all the ins and outs of the market, and really listened to what I was looking for. Always quick to respond to my texts and had some cool insights that saved me a lot of hassle. The whole paperwork thing went super smooth because Lily had it all lined up. Plus, she nailed the negotiations, which was a huge plus. Highly recommend her if you’re looking around for a place—she’s fantastic at finding you a spot that feels like home.
