They helped us evaluate each showing (there were many) and pointed out any potential issues. They knew the area very well and gave great advice. During the negotiation process they provided invaluable input including market trends and valuations. They are also extremely kind and friendly and made the home buying process a super positive experience. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent and will 100% have them represent us again in the future if and when we need them.
