Leah and Logan were exceptional in both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new house. They were very responsive to any questions I had and responded promptly. They were always willing to rearrange their schedules so that I could view properties of interest. If they did not know the answers they found out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are true professionals and always willing to make things happen. They have many contacts in other service areas and I was also able to secure a better mortgage and to have my housing inspections done in a timely manner and allow me to defer costs until closing. They have a "can do" attitude.

Leah and Logan provided excellent service throughout the whole process from initial contact to completion of the sale. They were patient as I tried to make the property more desirable by repairing and tidying up after several years of neglect. When they listed the property, they used a professional photographer and, as well, provided some aerial shots of this remote cottage using a drone that they bought for this purpose. Their advertising was clear and attractive. They negotiated very favorably to get a selling price within 4% of my desired goal in a declining market. I am very much pleased with the result. Leah and Logan provided good advice and were totally professional in every way. I have no hesitation in recommending them to be your Realtor whether buying or selling a property.
