I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Lauren for my home purchase. Home buying process can be daunting, but she was fantastic every step of the way. from finding potential properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, she was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. She also profoundly understood the housing market in my area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations.

We hired Lauren to facilitate the sale of our family home and downsize into a condo for early retirement. Even though she is family, she treated us as though she wasn’t. She presented information and guided us in a professional manor. She gave us great advice as to what to do to list our house and it sold in 9 days! My wife and I took a long time to find the right condo to downsize and she was nothing but patient and provided us information on every property to ensure we understood the value of the purchase. Once we made a decision she negotiated hard on our behalf and we couldn’t be happier! Yes she is our daughter but having seen her first hand at her job, it is clear she has a passion for her career and always puts her clients needs first. Would highly recommend to anyone.
