Lauren was AMAZING from start to finish. It was our first time selling and we really had no idea what to do or expect. Lauren took the time to explain exactly what she was doing, and helped us feel comfortable in the entire process. With her skills and knowledge of the market she was able to help us sell in literally 24 hours for significantly over asking! Prior to listing she had laid out the different options we had on appropriate pricing, including showing comparable properties, sold properties, and other situations. I'm so glad we had Lauren help us with the sale, I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to have an agent that cares, is beyond knowledgeable, and takes the time to collaborate with the homeowners to figure out what plan makes the most sense to move forward with.

We hired Lauren to facilitate the sale of our family home and downsize into a condo for early retirement. Even though she is family, she treated us as though she wasn’t.
