Lauren was able to help us focus our efforts to get our house ready for sale in an incredible tight timeframe, including reno advice to update our home to current preferences and it sold after just a couple days on the market for higher than asking price, and we did end up getting more than we had expected. The speed that this happened in made it possible for us to put an offer in on the house we wanted and we ended up getting it. Thanks Lauren for making this happen for us, we are very thankful.

Lauren was more than a real estate agent to us, she was so knowledgeable about so many aspects of the home buying process we felt like we could ask her any question about anything- financial, construction, markets, home values and trends, and lease agreements for tenant occupancy. She guided us through the process step by step and even though I am sure she is extremely busy with other clients too, if felt like she was always there for us.
