I was totally pleased with Ruth Lamb and her efficient assistance Maya. From the beginning, Ruth gave an overview of her marketing strategy for my condo, and the prevailing market conditions and assured me I would enjoy transparency throughout the sales process. This was certainly my experience. From the professional photographer to the many and varied advertisements, I was kept informed of every step. In a slow market period, I had expected the eventual sale would be protracted. But this agent has connections far and wide. We only had one potential buyer in the first week and early in the second week Ruth's online ad brought buyers from Eastern Canada who quickly negotiated a sale. To top this, Ruth was instrumental in facilitating a near-turnkey sale. The buyers are interested in furnishings I don't take to a significantly downsized retirement living accommodation. It's hard for me to believe my real-estate agent went beyond the call of duty to put this deal together. Talk about the Wow Factor!
