We were struggling to sell for various reasons, until our realtor sensibly brought in Ruth. She was a breath of fresh air with her enthusiasm and positivity that the house would sell. We were a little sceptical that it would sell as fast as she said it would, but it did. This was primarily due to Ruth's finger being on the pulse at all times. From initial meeting, to photos to constant communication, she was nothing short of brilliant. We will certainly use Ruth Lamb in any future property deals.

Ruth was caring and understanding when it came time for my mom to sell her home! My mom had moved away from Kelowna and Ruth met with me at our convenience as we also lived out of town. Her knowledge, preparation and time taken to go over comparable properties and advice on getting the home ready was really appreciated! I loved that she used my mom's furniture and decor, added a few other items, and her touch to make it all come together and feel inviting and comfortable. We met with Ruth several times before listing and she was very thorough with explaining how everything would work, even gave us example paperwork, as everything would be done over the phone and through e-mails. Ruth could not have been a better fit for us! A beautiful person and a great professional!

Absolutely outstanding realtor. Kind, knowledgeable, customer-focused and incredibly hard-working. It will take you only a few interactions to see that Ruth does her job with her clients’ happiness as a first priority. Incredibly patient and was willing to take us to as many houses as needed, even repeats and ones she knew we wouldn’t be interested in, all while still as enthusiastic and helpful as ever. Never pressured us into anything, and always made sure that we thought things through even when we got a bit excited. Makes the process so much easier than it can be as you know she has your best interest in mind. Whether you’re new to buying houses or you’re an experienced buyer, we couldn’t recommend Ruth enough.

I have worked with many real estate agents through many house purchases, and estimate Ruth to be at the top of that group. First, the basics; she is beyond professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the properties she showed, the overall market, and the purchase process. She was a tiger for us in negotiations (she led us ably and was a strong advocate, steering us away from pitfalls we hadn't seen). In short, she is simply incredible in her craft. On top of that, what I cherish most about Ruth is her terrific sense of humour, her unfailingly good mood and patience, and her diplomatic yet direct honesty. She makes a stressful process less so, and she's a hoot to work with.

<p><br /> Ruth handled a difficult situation very well.....a tenant who initially did not want to permit showings because of Covid concerns. Luckily she had taken great photos and used this strength to promote the suite.</p>

She is easy to work with and is happy to guide you through your sale or purchase (we used her once for each). What I appreciate most about Ruth is that she listens and works with you to achieve a great result. We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable and I can say that she really goes the extra mile and ensures a smooth transition. I also found that she will employ professionals (photographer/ etc) that really provide the results for selling/ staging. WE will definitely use Ruth again in the future.</p>
