Kris had been helping us buying house to move to Edmonton from other province. Communication mostly online before and after we met her in Edmonton for about a week. She had been very accommodating to all of our requests to show the houses that we chose, giving updates via emails, giving recommendations to questions that we had. Kris and Platinum team gave us welcome home and one year home anniversary gifts, which is very sweet and thoughtful. We’d recommend Kris and team to anyone new who’s looking for house in Edmonton.

Being an alien to Edmonton, Kris did an outstanding job explaining the area, market trend, renovation possibilities, and helping us buying a house during our limited 5 days visit only. She helped with the market research (based on what we wanted) and viewing schedule long before we arrived in Edmonton. It was concise so we were not wasting our time looking at something we did not prefer, so there was a good balance of enjoying the city and viewing for houses. Just rush enough to stay ahead in the game but not too packed that felt like a burden. She has good network with a lawyer, an inspector, and a contractor, that helped buying the house smoother.

Kris was the epitome of all you would expect in a great agent. She was prompt to answer questions and provide properties. She listened. She worked hard to help find the right property for us. Kris is personable, experienced and professional. If we needed an agent in her area, we would definitely engage her again.
